I attended last evening Ladue Horton Watkins High School’s production of The Prom. Three of my students were in the show. I got pics with two of them in the lobby after the closing performance.

In the heights

The Muny opens their penultimate show of the season tonight. In the Heights includes four of my voice students who are in Muny Teens. Break a leg to Adaeze, Kiki, Landon, and Skye! Jeffrey Richard Carter Studios LLC

Little Shop

I attended last evening Little Shop of Horrors at the Muny, during the heat wave of horrors. Those poor actors in heavy clothing! Four of my voice students were on stage, one as part of Audrey II, the others in walk-on roles. I smiled every time I saw one of them!

April recital

Proud teacher time! Ten of my private voice students performed in recital this past weekend. Four made recital debuts. Three performed on the heels of state music festival. One rolled in from an SAT prep class, another from a technical rehearsal for a dance show. My kids are professionals! The program: Photos:
