Wednesday last. Chicken breast in the fridge. Mushrooms too. I needed to use them both up. So I threw together. Created. Concocted. A little chicken, a few mushrooms, dribbles of olive oil, some seasonings and aromatics, and some cream. And marsala wine. And butter. Know-how can take you far!
