The weight loss journey continues. I’m now in clothes that I’ve not been able to wear for five or more years. And the blood sugar is now stabilized and well regulated. And I’m having to have my pinky ring resized, as it’s fallen off my finger twice this week! From this week:

Costco had their hydroponic tulips on sale last week. I brought some to the office. They flowered over the weekend.
