BBQ tour

The BBQ tour continued Friday with a stop at Hogtown Smokehouse in nearby Dogtown. Brisket. Superior char. Excellent smoky flavor. But fatless, and dry. It needed some juice. Barbecue

I continued last week my tour of Saint Louis area BBQ joints and restaurants. (There is a difference!) So far I’ve done Smokehouse, Adam’s, Bogart’s, and now Smoking Barrel BBQ on South Kingshighway.
