Apple butter

After several years of not making apple butter, I purchased 20 pounds of apples this week. Jonathan’s from Eckert’s are the way to go. The finished product: 4.5 pints of apple butter. The old Missouri recipe I use calls for 9 cups of apple pulp, 5 cups of sugar, a half a cup of white
