Today is my second Sunday of subbing at St. Francis, Eureka, where the congregation is warm and welcoming, the skies are blue, and the piano is a Kimball.
Although the liturgy is form the Book of Common Prayer, I’m getting in touch with my Baptist roots just a little bit at the piano. There may even have been a stride bass line last week . . .
