Twelve years ago yesterday this little guy (Samson) and I stood up as Barack Obama was sworn in as President of the United States of America. I cried. He licked my tears. We’d been together exactly three weeks that day. I loved him so.
Mug smash

My last morning with this mug. At some point in the next day or two I will have a ceremonial smashing.
Away we go
We enter a new era this morning. A new dawn for this country that has been so abused and disabused by the Sociopathic Malevolent Idiotic Narcissist-in-Chief. And his minions and enablers. You won’t be disappointed! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/James_Herriot https://www.pbs.org/wgbh/masterpiece/shows/all-creatures-great-and-small/#Continue reading “Herriot”
Cold
I spent some time yesterday on my front porch visiting with a much-loved voice student, now in college. And Nelson was there too. Winter break is usually a time when I catch up with many of my former students, but the virus has curtailed in-person visits, to my dismay. I’m grateful to Aaron for joiningContinue reading “Cold”
