All pickled

This year’s batches of lime pickles are done.  (I am considering another 10-lb batch…..)

The haul this year is 6.25 quarts, with enough left over for a couple of meals soon.  Those trailer pickles are in the fridge in a plastic container.

I’ve written before about my love of these pickles.  Here’s that posting, and the recipe!
