Dear Ones, this gentle reminder: When wearing a three-piece suit, or a vest with a suit jacket or blazer over it, we do not button the jacket or blazer. The one exception: wearing a morning coat with a contrasting waistcoat. In this case buttoning the coat is acceptable, but not de rigueur. Here ends my
