Full weekend

As I write this Friday evening, I am facing a full weekend, perhaps one of the busiest ones I’ve had since the Spring 2021 semester. At the office at Webster, I have make-up lessons to teach (already in the second week of the semester!) and a rehearsal for a recital my students are giving next

For the better part of the last year, I’ve been dealing with muscle pain in my back. I thought things were under control, but the problem welled up again in November. This past week I was in enough pain and dealing with spasms as well, so I called telemedicine through my usual primary care provider.
