A way out

Hakeem Jeffries, minority leader in the U.S. House of Representatives, is correct. The only way out of this Republican civil war is for the House Speaker to put the bipartisan Senate bill on the floor and allow all of his caucus members to vote their conscience. The Hastert Rule has to go. It’s been gumming
