Steamless

Still a bit under the weather, I am now steamless.

A homemade chicken quesadilla awaits.  (I just shredded several chicken breasts by hand, and now have chicken for dinner and for salads this week.)

I’ll read this evening, and watch Downton Abbey, then hit the bed early for a rest.  And at 5.30, I’m in my pj’s already.

The week ahead is rich and full, including a trip to Kansas to represent Webster University at the state music convention in Wichita.  I’ll see prospective students there, and meet up with some old friends too.
