Dinner

D gave me the Joy of Cooking chicken casserole recipe last week.  Tonight I made a batch, spicing it up with butter, a bit more lemon juice, croutons, and tyme rather than tarragon.  I’m LOVING this recipe.

Salad was spinach with my homemade raspberry balsamic dressing.

Life is GOOD indeed.

The Brinks guy came today.  My house is now alarmed.

And I had a guy come to talk to me about the yard, the tiger grass, and leaf removal.  I expect all of that will be done by the time I arrive home later this week.

Tonight?  The Belleville concert on the radio, and some GMC work while I listen, seated on the sofa, fireplace alight in front of me.
