At some point this week, I’m going to hit the mark of 40 pounds of weight loss on this diabetic journey.

My bet is that we’ll be just into February, but that’s fine.
I hit my first target weight last week, two months later than planned. Slow and steady wins, right? . . . .
Now the new target is to lose another 10% of my current weight, and then hold there. I’ll give myself the entire semester and do this even more slowly now than I have been!
