Continuing . . .

Continuing the food tour I began earlier this week, this was Sunday evening. Cold cucumber soup was a tasty, basilly treat to start.

Then came the smoked minced lamb balls with homemade tzatziki. My fingers are still yellow from the turmeric!

Dessert was rather simple: Oberweis vanilla ice cream.

The lamb and cucumbers came from local producers, farm to table, and the herbs were from my garden (except the dill, which I’ve never grown).
