HelloFresh!

In the midst of a jammed-up schedule this week and next, I have turned to HelloFresh to help me with meal planning.

Last evening’s dinner was some yummy beef tostadas. I’ll get three meals out of this one!

Spiced ground beef, long pepper, onion, fresh-made pico, spicy crema, cheese . . . .

Still to go this week: a chicken dish, and a pasta dish. And I have some mushrooms in the fridge that need cooking too.
