  1. What spirit did you use? I infuse vodka all the time. Remember the Norfolk gin? I bought some Elderflower buds and infuse vodka with it, and then mix that with Fever Tree Naturally Light Tonic with a slice of lemon and it’s just as delicious as the cocktails we drank too many of in Norwich. It only takes a few minutes to infuse vodka with the Elderflower buds. I also make a mean batch of strawberry basil infused vodka for Moscow Mules (mixed with Fever Tree Ginger Beer, of course!) and the strawberry basil takes a few weeks to infuse. Next, I’m going to do apple cinnamon vodka for our fall cocktails.
