Auggie will be in the garden doing his thing, and then notice this squirrel next door. The squirrel darts behind the maple tree. Auggie runs six feet one direction, then six feet the other, trying to find the squirrel, who occasionally pops his head out enough for Auggie to see him.
If not for the chain-link fence separating our yards, that squirrel would be gone, and Auggie would have learned how to climb a tree, so desperate is his need to catch that squirrel.
