A winner

Middle-Eastern lamb and rice dish.  With pine nuts.

Three of my favorite things!

This was a huge hit (for me, myself, and I) at dinner this evening.  Easy to make, yummy to eat.  I put it on the plate with some Romaine lettuce and a simple red wine vinaigrette.

A glass of iced tea rounded out the dinner, with some Clementines for dessert.
