I finally had most of this year’s freshman musical theatre class over for a Sing For Your Supper.
Dinner was tossed green salad with homemade creamy Parmesan dressing, preceded by a couple of cheeses and some homemade crackers (thanks to D!). The main dish was Mama Toscana’s ravioli in a homemade Bolognese sauce. Dessert was a peach clafouti, made from scratch with some of my 2015 home-canned peaches.
And a good time was had by all.
