Coming home from the Passion Vespers service, and getting out of the car to open the garage door, I fell.
And buggered up my right ankle.
Thanks be to God that D was still out and about, and is now bringing me an ankle brace and an Ace bandage.
I think the doc will call this a moderate to severe sprain. I know that I’m in pain, hobbling on a cane, and moving very slowly. And unhappily.
At least I have basketball to watch tonight.
At 7.45 a.m., mild sleet.
At 8.30 a.m., snow.

Three days ago, the daffodils were ready to open. I cut two of them after church today, so that they won’t freeze in the snow (although I think they’re pretty hardy).
Apparently, my parents used the perambulator as a sleeping place for me as well…..
