I just re-read my long posting about the trip to Brazil in 2001. I’m hoping to go back one day soon. How that country, and that trip, changed me…….
Arriving home from NYC today, I promptly napped.
Then I made croutons, using some week-old sourdough, cutting the bread into cubes, slathering the cubes in olive oil and some Parmesan cheese, baking for 15 minutes, stirring, then baking for 5 minutes more.
And tasty, they are!
