I baked some chicken this morning so I’d have some protein to put on my salads at lunch this week.

And I fried up a couple of chicken tenders (dredged only in cornmeal) to have at lunch today.

One can get so much done when one rises early in the morning!

Now, off to a long day at work, including lessons, meetings, a seminar, and a faculty assembly.
