Misha asked for chicken and mushroom crepes, so tonight’s dinner is homemade crepes filled with a buttery, peppery chicken/mushroom/pimento sauce. I have a spring mix salad with sweet red wine and olive oil dressing. And blancmange for dessert, since I had some milk that will go past its sell-by in a day or two.
