The canneloni was a big hit. Meghan Reiser pronounced it the best meal she’s ever had at my house. I don’t know about that, but the stuff was pretty damn good. So was the aged Colby cheese I served as an appetizer. And the bubbly (for those of age) afterward.

This marks the last of these cast meals I’ll serve here in Muncie. Who knows what kind of cooking for colleagues, students, and others I’ll be undertaking in St. Louis?!
