Mother and sons are in this photo. On the left is my uncle Jim Carter and his wife Margaret. On the right, my parents. My paternal grandmother, Flora Carter, is in the middle. Given the various weights and hair colors, this was likely taken in the early 1990′s. Mom died in 1998; Grandma in 2001.
[Update - my father tells me this was taken on November 27, 1996, the day after my niece Anna was born. The location is Uncle Jim's house in Jefferson City.]
