From 1984, and the day I was ordained a minister.  (That’s another story.)

That quilt in the background (left) is the quilt my mother had started making for me.  Several years after she died, a family friend finished the quilt from the pieces Mom had cut.  Only three panels were finished, but Datha mastered the whole thing and I now proudly have the quilt in the colors and Dresden Plate design Mom and I agreed on.
