8 a.m. – watch the end of the Australian Open men’s championship game, live at 1.30 a.m. in Australia
8.30 a.m. – shower
9 a.m. – rehearsal, then service at Cathedral Basilica
11.20 a.m. – short nap with Samson
12 noon – run by grocer’s for a sandwich
12.30 p.m. – start expense report at desk at Webster University
12.35 p.m. – decide to clean office instead
12.50 p.m. – back to expense report
1.30 p.m. – make-up voice lesson
2.30 p.m. – finish expense report
3 p.m. – start on HEADS report for NASM
4.45 p.m. – HEADS report substantially finished, grade quizzes and homework from MUSC 1010, my music theory class
5 p.m. – decide to throw out quiz grades from last week because nobody fared well
5.30 p.m. – grades now recorded, head home
5.45 p.m. – start throwing stuff into the stockpot for a quick beef and vegetable stew
6 p.m. – fold laundry and start another load
6.15 p.m. – blog
