I’ve had a busy week!
Jim Helton and Eleanor/Markie are here from Muncie. I’ve caught up on all the news from my former school. We’ve been to Ted Drewe’s and to the gelato place on South Grand, to the stadium for a Cardinals game, to Schlafly Bottleworks, to the Botanical Garden. I spent Tuesday and Wednesday at work, with Jim there on Wednesday to practice for recitals.
Today is a day off. Jim and I are hitting Jefferson Barracks, Crown Candy Kitchen, and Bellefontaine Cemetery – three places I’ve never visited in Saint Louis.
Webster University welcomed Elizabeth Stroble as our new President yesterday. We have high hopes riding on this woman.
